General studio Policies
If you or your group needs to reschedule your Experience please do so 72 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule in time will result in our no-show fee of $50 per person and will be charged to the card on file.
Please make sure to accurately book the number of participants that will be coming in. If you need to change the number please do so 72 hours in advance otherwise spots may not be guaranteed or you may be charged a no-show fee.
Please familiarize yourself with our policies and prices before booking your appointment/experience. If you are unsure what you or your group is wanting to do please call us so that we can assist you in accurately booking to avoid confusion or no-show fee’s.
If you or someone in your group books a seat in one of our experiences and does not participate or show up the no-show fee applies.
If you or your party is more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and you will be charged the no-show fee of $50 per person.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
We hold the right to refuse an experience or service for any individual.
By signing up for our experiences you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety under our instruction and you agree to all of our policies.
