Studio Policies

All participants must be 10 years or older for silversmithing and piercings. There is no age limit to our permanent jewelry and charm bar.

If you or your group needs to reschedule your Experience please do so 24 hours in advance.

Failure to reschedule in time will result in our no-show fee of $35 per person and will be charged to the card on file.

Please make sure to accurately book the number of participants that will be coming in. If you need to change the number please do so 24 hours in advance otherwise spots may not be guaranteed or you may be charged a no-show fee.

If you or your party is more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and you will be charged the no-show fee of $35 per person.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

We hold the right to refuse an experience or service for any individual.
