Charm Bar Policy
To help your custom charm jewelry last beautifully, please review the following guidelines:
Care Tips: To ensure the longevity of your piece, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals such as chlorine or bleach. We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering (including pools and saltwater), or sleeping, to protect both the metal and its finish.
72-Hour Lost Charm Policy: SLVR 72 offers a 72-hour window to report any lost charms. After this period, we are not responsible for lost or tarnished jewelry.
Assembly Notice: At the Charm Bar, customers assemble their own jewelry using jump rings that are closed by hand, not welded shut. These rings can open if pulled, snagged, or subjected to daily wear and tear.
SLVR 72 can check your jump rings before you leave the studio. However, we are not liable for charms lost after the 72-hour period, as we cannot control how the jewelry is worn or cared for outside the studio.
No Exchanges: All charm selections are final once you leave the studio. We do not accept exchanges or replacements for charms after your appointment, as each piece is custom-assembled to your design choices.
To ensure our team is fairly compensated for their time and care during larger bookings, an automatic gratuity is added at checkout for groups of four or more. This allows us to keep delivering an unforgettable, hands-on experience while supporting the silversmiths and studio hosts who make it possible.
Cancelation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
If you miss your scheduled appointment or arrive too late to be accommodated, you may be asked to reschedule, and a no-show fee of $50 per person will apply. This fee does not go toward your jewelry purchase.
If you book a group or individual experience and choose not to participate for any reason, the cancellation/no-show fee still applies.
This policy ensures fairness to our artists' time and allows us to serve all clients efficiently. Thank you for understanding.
We want you to love and enjoy your one-of-a-kind piece—please handle it with care.
Concerns or Discrepancies
If you have any concerns, questions, or issues with your experience or the piece you created, please reach out to us directly at silver72boise@gmail.com.
We work extremely hard to ensure every customer walks away happy, and we appreciate the chance to make things right.
Turning to a public review before contacting us directly can hurt small businesses like ours. If something isn’t right, please give us the opportunity to address it first — your feedback matters, and we genuinely want to help.
By continuing with your appointment you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
These policies help us protect the safety of our guests, the integrity of our experiences, and the time and effort of our team. Thank you for reviewing them — and we can’t wait to create something unforgettable with you!
