All custom pieces begin with a gemstone. Choose and purchase your stone from our gemstone collection before filling out a form. You’ll receive an order number after checkout, hold onto your order number!

This page has multiple forms depending on the piece you want to create. Select the form that matches your vision.
Complete the form with your gemstone order number
When filling out your form, you’ll be asked for your gemstone order number. This lets us match your design to the stone you purchased.
If your custom piece includes multiple stones, please enter all order numbers and separate them with a comma or a dash.
Pricing for customs is the base price (listed on the form page), plus the cost of your gem & any optional details you add to your piece. Everything will be calculated at checkout once you select your piece & designs. (minus your gem which is a separate purchase).
